Exterior work in Ratnagiri has to do two jobs at once: look considered, and survive the local weather without an annual maintenance bill. We manufacture facades, exterior railings, steel and galvanised gates, decorative name plates, signages and exterior wall art at our Kagal plant, engineering each element for the exposure it will actually face on site.
Everything we supply for exterior use is built on a galvanised steel substrate with a powder-coated finish. That is a deliberate choice, not a default. Painted mild steel looks identical on handover day and starts bleeding rust at the welds within a couple of seasons; the zinc layer in galvanised steel protects the cut edges and fixing points where corrosion actually begins. For exposed Ratnagiri elevations we also specify stainless fixings so the fastener does not become the failure point.
