A building in Satara is judged from the street before anyone walks through the door. Anveet Arts, the design brand of Merasha Shapers Pvt. Ltd., manufactures the full exterior set — facade systems, balcony and terrace railings, main gates, name plates, signages and metal wall art — so the gate, the railing line and the facade read as one deliberate composition rather than three unrelated purchases.
Everything we supply for exterior use is built on a galvanised steel substrate with a powder-coated finish. That is a deliberate choice, not a default. Painted mild steel looks identical on handover day and starts bleeding rust at the welds within a couple of seasons; the zinc layer in galvanised steel protects the cut edges and fixing points where corrosion actually begins. For exposed Satara elevations we also specify stainless fixings so the fastener does not become the failure point.
